A EID DAY MESSAGE

26/10/2012

Like before, we are back to our pavilion, from Al-Zaeem & Associates Attorneys at Law & Legal Consultants, to display another heartfelt message for this Eid, to approve this article's recognition in its broader spectrum because we would like it to be in the spotlight for every one and also to motivate our hundreds of viewers of today.

Celebrations

Ibrahim's complete obedience to the will of God is celebrated by Muslims each year.  Each Muslim, as they celebrate, reminds themselves of their own submission to God, and their own willingness to sacrifice anything to God's wishes.

Islam celebrates two great festivals annually - Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha. The first is the great festival that follows the month of Ramadan when the fast is broken. The second occurs about two months later during the month of Zil-Hajj when an animal is sacrificed in commemoration of Abraham's sacrifice of his son. This festival is incorporated in the great pilgrimage to Mecca which should properly be made during this month but it is also observed all over the Muslim world at the same time. The underlying importance of this festival is the spirit of sacrifice (qurbani) in memory of Abraham's great act of faith many centuries ago.

Eid-ul-Adha is, according to Islamic teaching, a time for Muslims to learn the value of self-denial by making a sacrifice of something living to God. Abraham's great act of submission is thus regarded solely as an example of genuine surrender to the will of God and is to be followed as such.

So, this year too, we hope to follow the same path with perseverance and great enthusiasm, as our great Prophet Abrahim did, and pray to Omni-Potent, that this Eid, we see no killing and any kind of discrimination among human beings. The Muslims to be united and the history to witness future Palestine as liberated and free, a portal with no sanctions from within and out. That, this Eid shall bring prosperity, integrity, sovereignty and peace for the children of Palestine.  Amen!

Here is a note of cheer, that beholds happy memories, each year Eid brings for us.

BEST WISHES ON EID AND ALWAYS

Hope, this Eid proves to be a very special day, a day that brings a world of happy memories in our way and hope it also brings the chance for looking forward, too, to special memory-making times, in the days ahead of us.

Wishing you all many joys that this special day can bring….and hoping that the year ahead is filled with many happy things.

HAVE A WONDERFUL EID & A VERY SPECIAL YEAR!

EID MUBARAK TO ALL!
